There is a strong focus that
as a major stakeholder in the learning process; the students
personal goals are the starting point for learning, with
personal development being a key objective of the Centre.
Accordingly, the principles of access for all, gender equality
and drug education have been strategically incorporated into
programs.
Rubicon is committed to the philosophy of experiential learning and world's best practices in programming.
